Windows System Administrator

ActX, Inc. is a growing Seattle company offering cutting-edge genetic technology services. We are currently seeking a permanent, part-time Windows support technician to work as a contractor.

Job responsibilities:

Set up and maintain laptops and apps, Active domain, and Windows Server

Help maintain a Cisco device

Troubleshoot Windows issues, as needed

Meet with new employees on first day of work to configure office systems, laptop, and other equipment

Job requirements:

2+ years of Windows support experience

Proven experience automating installs and maintenance

Working knowledge of the following technologies:

- Windows Server, Active Domain

- Windows desktop 7, 11, and virtual environments

- Microsoft Office

College degree or certificate in related field

Lives in the Greater Seattle area

This is a part-time, contract position for remote and on-site work at our office in Seattle.
