Wood Flooring job vacancy

Am doing a kitchen, removed a wall. Strip of wood needs to be installed, from where wall was removed. 4" x 5' -

Kitchen floor needs to be finished, I sanded down. Am not real strong on finishing floors,red oak flooring, Mercer Island.
