Job Title: Kronos WFM

Location: Seattle, WADuration: Full Time/Permanent Client is seeking a Workforce Management Consultant with experience in WFM products such as UKG(Kronos), BlueYonder (JDA). The position will primarily be responsible for understanding business requirements, getting solution details from project team, transition to PROD support team. The selected candidate needs to work closely with client stakeholders, implementation project team and act as a bridge between implementation and support team. Review business processes, proposed solution and suggest areas to address potential issues/challenges that may come in future.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
4+ years of experience in Workforce Management domain in implementation and support capacity in leading WFM products such as UKG, BlueYonder

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) domain
Experience with Kronos (UKG) or other WFM product
Experience with BlueYonder (JDA) will be desired
Knowledge on understanding WFM mobile applications
Experience in working in Production Support projects along with typical weekly, monthly reporting preparation, presentation to client
Knowledge in ServiceNow, PagerDuty will be a plus
Ability to communicate technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience managing team size of 10+ would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
