Yacht Sales Agent

Waterline Boats / Boatshed Everett / Helmsman Trawlers is looking for team members to join our Everett office (Edmonds to Anacortes). We are located in the new Waterfront Place development next to the Hotel Indigo and the newest restaurants in the marina, with a view of our prime moorage display docks. We represent brokerage yachts — powerboats and sailboats — and new Helmsman Trawlers, an expanding line of trawler yachts which are growing in popularity in the Pacific Northwest.

People who find success as yacht sales agents are very self-motivated and are well-connected to the boating community through boat ownership and/or yacht club membership, or by having worked in the marine industry. Enthusiasm for boats and significant boating knowledge (power or sail) are required, as are good written and verbal communication skills and personal computer skills. We will train and we offer higher commissions than other brokers. We have a strong support organization and the best internet marketing tools in the business.

This is a flexible situation and availability for staffing the office will be a consideration.
