Title : Business Development Manager, US IT Recruitment Experience: 8 12 year We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Should be CURRENTLY WORKING in recruitment / staffing. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience with and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
  • Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Strong experience in new client acquisition.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Possess good relationships with vendors and work closely with client managers.
  • Gather requirements from prime vendors and clients, qualify those requirements and obtain and present details to recruiters to find ideal candidates for positions.
  • Ability to obtain quality requirements from clients
  • Track complete end-to-end process from submission, scheduling and closing on requirements. Follow up with client managers and also with internal recruiters.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with clients to make sure that requirements being worked upon are active
  • Responsible for the complete business development cycle, including tracking of new projects, performance, client acquisition / retention
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
  • Possess working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or on a relevant role
