Chief BIM Modeller - Structures, Data Centers

Here is what you will be doing:An expert user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision having the ability to create content writing in the structural discipline.Act as BIM Lead Verifier and authors and ensures compliance with BIM Execution plan and BIM standards.Proactively checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution PlanIndependently checks the completeness & accuracy of work created by the team before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.Initiates coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phaseAdopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research and develops documentation to support these solutionsBe the gatekeeper of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.Manage submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.Ensure spatial coordinationInitiates and manages projects in BIM360Contribute to AECOM global digital and innovation initiativesGuiding and management of junior staff.Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlinesKeeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity
