Cleaning/General Maintenance Worker Needed, $30 hour. Must be available all weekends/Seasonal/part-time.

We are an event venue in Purcellville, VA, looking for custodial/general maintenance.

Must be able to work nights, early mornings, especially on weekends. Our events take place primarily on weekends and evenings, which include many large events.

Your duties would be:

Move furniture, tables, and chairs if needed before and after an event. Keeping bathrooms in the venue clean & checking periodically during the event, cleaning venue floors using an electrical floor scrubber, cleaning the two 1-bedroom cottages in the morning after guests leave, which includes changing towels, bedding & doing laundry. Having the cottages ready for check-in early afternoon on the same day.

Cleaning the historic Stonehouse on the property after guests get ready for event, as well as changing sheets & towels when an overnight stay is involved.

Able to do deep clean of venue, cottages, and stone house periodically.

General maintenance of property when needed.

This is primarily a weekend position when events take place. Busiest season is May through November. When needed, be able to clean the venue after 11:00 pm for next day's event, or arrive very early next morning.

Seasonal, part-time when needed. Will provide dates in advance so please ensure that you are available & flexible when needed. English speaking is a must. Must be reliable, trustworthy & dependable & flexible.
