CPI Instructor - On-Call

As a CPI Instructor, you will be responsible for training all DBH staff on de-escalation and crisis prevention skills, ensuring that they are equipped to handle challenging situations effectively in the milieu. Essential Job Functions:· Train staff in de-escalation and crisis prevention skills.· Provide training and support for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention for the responsible assigned region/facility.· Prepare and provide CPI training programs, including facilitation of ancillary programs and presentations· To work closely with HR and operations team to ensure that all delivery and training are completed to a high standard.· Ensure employees receive proper certification upon completion.· Renewing CPI certification every two years to maintain their Certified Instructor status.
