The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of a call center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising call center representatives to deliver exceptional customer service. They will work closely with other supervisors and management team members to ensure associates meet or exceed all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement training programs to ensure associates are adequately equipped to handle customer interactions.Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements to optimize call center performance.Monitor and evaluate associate performance, provide learning or coaching opportunities, and take corrective action if necessary.Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in setting call center goals and improvement strategies.Collaborate with other supervisors and management team members to support associates and maximize customer satisfaction.Work with accounts receivable, operations, and logistics departments to solve customer challenges and escalations.Achieve assigned KPIs and report regularly to management on progress and challenges.
