Minimum of four years of increasingly responsible secretarial/administrative experience required.Job DescriptionSUMMARY:
Responsible for completing a variety of general administrative duties and providing executive support for the Corporate Audit (CA) function and other functions and entities that interact with CA (i.e. Corporate Accounting, Audit & Disclosure Committees, External Auditor, etc.).CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS:

Able to work independently and meet communicated deadlines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes general administrative duties including but not limited to preparing letters or memos at the request of department personnel, proofing and formatting audit reports before issuance, maintaining department supplies inventory, auditing file record retention and destruction, and distributing information via email and/or uploads to file sharing systems.
Sets up reoccurring meetings. Prepares agenda's, based on executive input, collects meeting materials and distributes to meeting participants prior to meetings.
Submits corporate invoices into requisition software for approval.
Schedules appointments, luncheons and updates calendars in Outlook.
Answers phones, takes detailed phones messages, directs calls to appropriate executive and handles routine inquiries.
Completes general scanning, copying, and filing as needed.
Sorts and distributes the mail.
Enters audit findings into the issues management system.
Provides administrative support specific for audit staff time reporting and the department's time database reporting.
Maintains and updates, as required, the administrative assistant's procedural documentation manual.
Maintains departmental online records, as required (i.e. permanent audit files, client surveys, etc.).
May be assigned special projects as time permits.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
