Experienced Lawn Care Worker ($14 - $15 per hour) (Fairmont)

Superior Lawn Care is seeking experienced lawn care workers to join our team. As a lawn care worker, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscaping for our clients. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular grass cutting, trimming, and edging using a zero-turn mower.

Apply mulch to gardens and flower beds, as well as plant flowers and other plants as needed.

Use weed eaters to remove unwanted grass and weeds from lawns and gardens.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping.

Knowledge of zero-turn mowers and other lawn care equipment and tools.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Reliable transportation.

Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay up to $15.00 per hour.

Potential for up to a $1,500 cash bonus at the end of the year: work from April 1st until end of season (approximately November 20th, but may change).

$500 Christmas bonus.
