Field Care Supervisor

Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager role will require you to ensure the best possible care is provided to our wonderful clients, by encouraging and motivating caregivers to deliver the best possible care to our clients and to continue to develop their knowledge and skills throughout their employment.We are looking for a Manager with a strong care background (any Home Care experience would be desirable but is not essential) to join our friendly Bromley based office team.
