Under the mentorship of assigned hospital and department leadership, participates in strategic, operational and administrative development to support goal attainment.
Assists with project design and implementation.
Collaborates with team leaders to develop tools and metrics to evaluate performance of target initiatives.
Provides data management support: collects data for review and analysis; prepares comparative analysis reports, including trending and improvement recommendations for review by senior leadership.
Produces comprehensive executive summaries and reports; presents data in effective, clear formats tailored to the needs of specific audiences including managers and staff.
Assists in business strategy development.
Aides in the execution of strategies approved by Senior Management; as required provides strategic insight and decision support.
Researches and benchmarks best practice models to improve financial and operational efficiencies. Analyzes complex processes and assists in developing recommendations and solutions through best practices.
Helps in organizing data to evaluate and/or communicate operational processes; provides scheduled project status reports for leadership team.
Prepares operational analysis, flow charts, presentations and reports, as required by project specifications. Evaluates analyses, identifies best practices, deficiencies, and makes recommendations for improvements in operational processes, policies and procedures.
