Finance Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated professional to help guide prospective franchise owners through the financing and funding process. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our franchise sales team, lending partners, and candidates—helping turn interest into approved, funded deals.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, deal coordination, and working across teams to make things happen—not sitting behind a spreadsheet all day.Partner closely with our franchise sales team to support candidates through financingHelp evaluate prospects and guide them on funding readiness and optionsManage relationships with a network of banks, SBA lenders, and funding partnersCoordinate the handoff from candidate interest → prequalification → funding approvalTrack deal progress and remove roadblocks to keep deals movingProvide clear, confident guidance to candidates during the funding processHelp strengthen and expand our lender/referral network over time
