General Operatives - Fixed Term AM

Great opportunities to help feed the nation at a leading UK food manufacturing company.Here at Site D Amber Team we are proud to be counted amongst the nation's key workers with our relentless work helping to feed Great Britain.  We currently have exciting opportunities for Production Operative's to join the Amber team in West Bromwich on a fixed-term contract of 3 months.The hours of work and shift patterns are: Mon- Friday  05:45 till 13:45The rates of pay are: £12.75Main ResponsibilitiesThe General Operative will be responsible for:Correctly and effectively carry out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hallGeneral operative duties on the line as requiredEnsure that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered toMaintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hoursProduce each product to specificationMaintain Health and Safety standards in accordance with Company Policy and all relevant legislative documentation – actively encouraging health and safety awareness with other operatives and maintaining a safe working environment.Ensure that all work practices minimise the risk of product contamination and comply with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
