Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera cloud.Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.Prepare occupancy and guests reportMaintain group and individual arrival report daily.Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenitiesLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
