Kelly ® Professional & Industrial is looking for an HR Specialist to work in a direct hire position at a premier aerospace company in Bridgeport, WV. Sound good? Take a closer look below.The HR Specialist role might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or Associate's degree (required), ideally in business, industrial psychology, organizational development, or a related field

At least 3 years of work in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition department (required); aerospace industry experience is strongly preferred

What’s a typical day as an HR Specialist? You’ll be responsible for:

Helping to drive change with the Payroll department and in transitioning Time & Attendance systems

Providing administrative support to HR and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment, selection, and onboarding

Providing administrative support to the company’s Drug & Alcohol Program

Providing administrative support for various employee engagement initiatives

Weekly and bi-monthly time and attendance reporting for hourly and salary payroll processing; Monthly manpower reports; assisting with pay discrepancy resolutions

HR system onboarding for new employees and system terminations; creating files for new employees and contractors

Management of service anniversary program; Managing PTO leave banks
