TheMarketplace Strategy Consultant will be responsible fordefining,developingand leadingDigitalMarketplace strategy developmentengagementsforour clients,providing advice, guidance, and recommendations directly to client senior executives. This candidate will incorporatestrategic thinking,executivecommunications,stakeholder engagement, and ongoingleadership of thedelivery ofthesetransformative consultingengagements.

Responsibilities

Top 5 responsibilities

  • Define,develop,andleadDigitalMarketplacestrategy developmentengagements.
  • Interview client executives and staff, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and develop business model hypothesis, andrecommendations.
  • Develop and execute communications and stakeholder engagement plans and approaches.
  • Conceptualize and execute data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop work products from start to finish (from brainstorming and framework development to final edits and end-product)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Facilitate and support financial modeling and business case development
  • Exemplify quality standards in work products as error-free, client-ready deliverables
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members
  • Develop communications for internal and external client stakeholders
  • Develop impactful data visualizations
  • Develop presentations and brief clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree(MBA preferred)
  • Interest in and passion for driving innovation and digital transformation for our clients
  • Domain knowledge of eCommerce, DigitalMarketplacesand Platform Business concepts
  • 10+ yearsofmanagementconsulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing winning business strategies for past clients
  • Experience providingexecutive level leadership for large complexclientengagementsExperience advisingandbriefing senior executives
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detailHigh degree of comfort working in unstructured situations anda provenability to maintain poise, maturity, and work well under pressure
  • Solid verbal communication and narrative development skills, with the ability to summarize and convey key insights from analyses to senior audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team structure andpossessproven team leadership skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
