eCommerce Insights (eCI) is Nielsen Brandbank product performance tracking service, allowing suppliers to see how their brand’s essential KPIs are performing across retailer websites.eCI provides detailed statistics on products, including how product pricing changes daily, how products perform against other brands in search results, and how large category coverage is with different retailers.(eCI) Platform Administrators are provided with additional permissions across the platform, allowing supplier accounts to be created and maintained, as well as managing the products that are tracked through eCI for each supplier.General ResponsibilitiesDaily work on a dedicated online platform.
