Operations Manager (f/m/x)

Maintain overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience standards across Inbound or Outbound operations;Direct Area Managers with clearly defined expectations and performance benchmarks;Establish performance metrics, deliver constructive feedback, and enforce accountability measures;Spearhead quality initiatives, process improvements, and Lean projects to ensure the functional area and distribution center achieve or exceed established business objectives;Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities from management personnel and integrate validated recommendations into strategic improvement plans;Disseminate best practices across departments, shifts, and the broader network to drive operational excellence;Coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and Senior Operations Managers to secure necessary resources and support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects;Direct end-to-end logistics operations, including budgeting, forecasting, recruitment, workforce planning, and comprehensive financial analysis;Optimize operational costs and performance through rigorous supply chain integration and strategic management;
