PLTCM Lead

Job Details Division: [[divisionobj]] Location: [[filter4]] , [[filter3]] , [[filter2]] Other Available Locations: [[mfield1]] Basic Job Functions:The Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill Lead will take a leadership role in the departments safety efforts and decision making in relation to operations and maintenance of the Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill and supporting equipment. Additionally, the PLTCM Lead will assume a leadership role in process improvement efforts, coordinating quality efforts, cost reduction and other duties. Nucor Steel West Virginia is Nucor's new sheet mill with advanced steelmaking capabilities. This is a greenfield project, which is estimated to be fully operational in 2026. The new steel mill will employ 800 full-time teammates producing up to 3 million tons per year at one of the most technologically advanced sheet mills. This advanced manufacturing facility is to be located along the Ohio River in close proximity to both Huntington and Charleston, WV. [[custsafetyState]] Minimum Qualifications:

Background/Experience in cold rolling and/or pickle line operations

Demonstrated knowledge of sheet coil quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Sheet quality inspection experience
