80401BRProduct ManagerProfessionalJob DescriptionAs a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to craft, communicate and justify solution roadmap across the corporate portfolio. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will analyze solution needs and define scope requirements to ensure it meets market needs, including best practice workflows, scope of capabilities and visual design. Additional responsibilities include collaborating to set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the customer feedback, timelines and client commitments; collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders to generate client-facing collateral to drive sales and increase brand equity; and demonstrating current and emerging solution features and functionally for internal and external stakeholders. Through your strong interpersonal skills, you will work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages; and network and research to increase understanding and current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, health care industry and market opportunity.QualificationsBasic QualificationsAt least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:1+ years of product management, product design, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience5+ years of Higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the jobPreferred Qualifications4+ years of product management experience1+ years of Cerner integration work experienceExpectationsWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and takeAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
