Manage the processing of (trade/intercompany) invoices & credit notes on the financial software, ensuring quality & quantity is monitored.Manage the processing of (trade/intercompany) supplier payment runs, incl. follow-up on all discrepant payments.Manage all queries from Suppliers, ICO partners, BPO partner, Other SSC Depts, Business Units and Banking partners.Manage reconciliation of open AP related Bank items.Manage the monthly reconciliation of Supplier accounts.Manage the setup and maintenance of our Supplier Master Data.Manage the application of cash receipts on the ITC customer accounts.Work closely with the BU Finance Controller on any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.Ensure all SOX Controls are strictly adhered to and any gaps/deviations are highlighted.Ensure all relevant PTP tasks are sufficiently documented in our DTP’s/SOP’s and a regular review process of same is in place.Manage all tasks associated with our PTP Month End Close process while adhering to our close process deadlines.Engage in ad hoc intercompany cash applications support Assist the PTP Leads in ensuring that targets are achieved & review progress with our Operational metrics.Promote the culture, behaviour & environment defined in the Avery Dennison code of Ethics & Business Conduct.Establish an environment where continuous improvement becomes a way of life by improving the efficiency and standardisation of all PTP processes.
