Metro Property Management is looking for a full time General Maintenance Technician for our 2 Martinsburg locations. The Reserve at Berkeley and The Village at Spring Mills.
Responsibilities: Complete work order and repair orders in a timely fashion, perform routine preventive maintenance, maintain supply and material inventory.
Qualifications: Light electric, plumbing, minor home repair and painting. HVAC a plus but not necessary.
General handyman knowledge/experience. Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detailed oriented. Great customer service and communication skills.
Hours are M-F 8am - 4:30pm and an after hours on call rotation.
Must be authorized to work in the US, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and able to pass a background and credit check. Must be willing to work overtime hours (on-call times).
