pureIntegration is seeking an RPA Architect, with experience in UiPath’s suite of products, to join our team our team leading design and development of workflow automation that delivers measurable outcomes and strong ROI to the customer environments that we engage.   The architect will work across multiple projects, working with customers to understand and document current business processes, lead process redesign for both efficiency and automation, design the technical solution to automate processes leveraging technologies like UiPath’s suite or customer developed solutions, and oversee the development, testing and rollout of the automation design.  As such, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of best practice for process evaluation, design methodology, translation of captured current state processes to automation designs, as well as strong soft skills in working as a consultant who leads customer teams toward successful execution of key initiatives. Outside of project delivery responsibilities, we are also looking for a candidate with a strong desire to be part of shaping and growing pureIntegration’s automation practice both through being part of pre-sales conversations with potential new opportunities, as well as in exploring related technologies that would be relevant to expanding how we can provide value to the customers we serve.  Past development experience will help in this capacity, as will a curiosity to continue to explore the leading edge of process automation technologies like machine learning, Agentic AI, the intersection of process automation and data engineering, and more. This is a full-time, remote position based in the U.S.The annual base salary is 130,000 –140,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.Responsibilities: Work and lead pureIntegration project teams to deliver business process transformation through the use of RPA and surrounding technologies Lead process discovery and design sessions with customer teams; develop design documentation Translate current state ‘as-is’ processes to automation designs that take advantage of the capabilities of underlying RPA platforms in use Act as a Subject Matter Expert on UiPath’s automation platform Display a curiosity in, and stay current on, the state of the art in process automation, including technologies like machine learning, computer vision, and Agentic AI Create and instill best practice in development teams when it comes to things like source code control, feature branching, code reviews, use of Agile, etc Development engagement templates that can be used across customer initiatives Engage with customer leadership in a consultative pre-sales role to help explain the benefits of automation generally, and tooling like the UiPath Platform and its components specifically
