Sales Support Specialist

Tek Systems is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join a leading manufacturing organization in Wheeling, Illinois!Job Description:

Manage customer accounts with objectives to increase customer satisfaction, gross margin, and sales.

Handles customer requests including quotes, orders, follow-up, and delivery information.

Solves various customer matters such as issue credits, debits, and authorizes return goods.

Monitor price inventory agreements, support members outside of sales team, handle large volume of orders.

Job Qualifications:

2 years of manufacturing sales support or manufacturing customer service.

Experience in previous role managing product knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and Order Entry Skills.

Previous QAD software experience preferred.
