We are seeking an experienced Sr Associate to join our Economic Damages and Valuations team. This position works under the supervision of Managers and Directors and supports engagements related primarily to family law and other litigation matters.This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills to work closely with testifying experts and leadership. The role involves analyzing complex financial information, preparing schedules and exhibits, reviewing discovery materials, and assisting in the preparation of materials used in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple matters and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Job Responsibilities:Prepare equitable distribution charts through final columnReview and reconcile cash activity from Date of Filing to present for bank, brokerage, and related accountsPrepare retirement plan analyses for defined contribution plans (401k, IRA, etc.)Analyze marital portions of pensions and defined benefit plansPrepare income analyses for W-2 employeesPerform general ledger addbacksAssist with financial affidavits as directedPrepare document request lists, responses to RFPs, and mandatory disclosuresDetermine standard work to be performed based on case typeCoordinate and review discovery using CaseMap, including relevancy assessmentsAssemble deposition and trial exhibits and prepare bindersDraft standard interrogatoriesPrepare schedules and supporting documentation as directedReview and clean up data entry and schedules prepared by junior staffPrepare needs analyses with appropriate support adjustments (temporary or final)Assist with hearing, deposition, mediation, and trial preparationTrain and mentor junior staff as needed
