80551BRSenior ConsultantSenior ProfessionalJob DescriptionCommunityWorks is hiring for a Senior Consultant to help consultant with clients on optimization projects. As a Senior Consultant, you will consult with clients on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state, and work with clients to map out processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested. You will identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client leadership, coach clients on data collection and system design requirements and analyze to determine optimal solution build. You will also consult with internal teams to share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a key member of the team, you will maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex situations to achieve business objectives, coach and mentor associates, and support internal team initiatives.QualificationsBasic QualificationsAt least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 2 year of Cerner Patient Accounting healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experienceAt least 6 years of Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationPreferred QualificationsAssociate management or leadership experienceExpectationsMust be willing to travel up to 80%Must be in or willing to relocate to the Kansas City area or live within 60 miles of an approved virtual cityWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as neededAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
