System Administrator

The Red Gate Group is seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join our team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Reston, VA. As a Systems Administrator, you will be providing end-user software troubleshooting and desk-side support. The ideal candidate possess strong communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Remedy and SCCM is required, along with a background in hardware break/fix, including desktops, monitors, and KVMs. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing exceptional support to end users.
