Seeking someone who located in one of these East States (IN, NJ, WV)
Do you have experience in Talent Acquisitions and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the TA Senior Recruiter role, you will assist the company’s commitment to serve others by recruiting and hiring employees in support of daily operations of the business unit while ensuring qualified and diverse applicant pools.
Perform recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, etc.
Draft employment ads and determine appropriate external websites to recruit qualified applicants
Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents/employee files, and track applicants/corresponding documentation
Provide coaching, mentoring and training to existing and new TA hires
Partner with leader to identify, troubleshoot then solution team roadblocks
Become a SME – subject matter expert, with our TA technology and assist in executing and training
Assist with delegation of requisitions and workloads
Deliver a premium “white glove” Talent Acquisition service, ensuring an elevated and personalized experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Demonstrate proactive communication by consistently engaging with your supervisor hiring leaders, co-workers and candidates
Act as interim leader during absence of current leader
Qualifications:
Worked in Sevita Health and have a minimum of 1 year of Sevita experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to quickly establish rapport and relationships with peers and business leaders.
Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel, understanding and using best practices with ATS, CRM, Microsoft Suite, and works to become a SME as we increase our tech stack
Demonstrates expertise in employing a comprehensive range of recruiting strategies, both technical and grassroots, particularly in demanding and competitive talent acquisitions markets
Strong identification with the company’s mission and values
Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations
