Technical Engineer

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and mobile Technical Engineer to join our Channel Distribution team. You will play a critical role in driving our business expansion, specifically providing expert technical support for the Vertical Market (VM) Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers across Indonesia. If you have a strong civil engineering background, a passion for product training, and love working directly in the field with contractors and distributors, this is the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities (Job Description):Customer & Field Support: Support customers and distributors by providing hands-on, on-site technical support, product training, and comprehensive introductions to Sika Systems and Products.  Segment Expansion: Execute product mock-ups, conduct applicator/contractor training, and create QC Modules specifically targeting the Vertical Market (VM) Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers.Product Testing: Conduct rigorous product testing (both internal product development and external competitor comparisons) on a regular basis.Quality & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement targeted improvement plans to address identified operational gaps, ensuring the absolute highest quality of technical support delivery.  Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased productivity in the delivery of technical solutions.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply analyze customer feedback, track performance, and resolve recurring technical issues or challenges in the field.
