Ensure that patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and policies of Genesis HealthCare and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. We take great pride in meeting or exceeding CDC and CMS standards.Qualifications:Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university; BSN preferred Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required. Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care is preferred. One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
