Description We are seeking an individual for the role of an Administrative Manual/Employee Handbook Project, based in Madison, Wisconsin, in the financial services sector. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an Administrative Manual/Employee Handbook Project, your main task will be to update and maintain the existing policies and procedures in the Administrative Manual and Employee Handbook, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.Responsibilities: Assess and modify the current policies and revisions, ensuring they are current and relevant. Design a comprehensive outline that clearly states what is included in the manuals. Develop a uniform format that is easily adaptable to future updates. Review and present a final draft of the manuals to the appropriate leaders for approval. Update the Employee Handbook to provide an introduction, management's expectations, benefits, and non-compliance consequences for employees. Ensure that the Administrative Manual provides a detailed overview of all policies, not just Human Resources-related. Update the Administrative Manual to include policies such as building-related items, parking, etc. Maintain the Employee Handbook as a resource for newly hired employees, providing them with necessary information to effectively perform in their roles. Ensure that the Administrative Manual serves as a comprehensive resource for all employees to reference policies and procedures. Collaborate with the HR Manager to provide expertise in organizing, writing, and the delivery of the completed manuals.
