Description We are seeking an individual for the role of an Administrative Manual/Employee Handbook Project, based in Madison, Wisconsin, in the financial services sector. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an Administrative Manual/Employee Handbook Project, your main task will be to update and maintain the existing policies and procedures in the Administrative Manual and Employee Handbook, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.Responsibilities: Assess and modify the current policies and revisions, ensuring they are current and relevant. Design a comprehensive outline that clearly states what is included in the manuals. Develop a uniform format that is easily adaptable to future updates. Review and present a final draft of the manuals to the appropriate leaders for approval. Update the Employee Handbook to provide an introduction, management's expectations, benefits, and non-compliance consequences for employees. Ensure that the Administrative Manual provides a detailed overview of all policies, not just Human Resources-related. Update the Administrative Manual to include policies such as building-related items, parking, etc. Maintain the Employee Handbook as a resource for newly hired employees, providing them with necessary information to effectively perform in their roles. Ensure that the Administrative Manual serves as a comprehensive resource for all employees to reference policies and procedures. Collaborate with the HR Manager to provide expertise in organizing, writing, and the delivery of the completed manuals. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in Financial Services industry Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and Concur software Familiarity with About Time software Demonstrable experience in Auditing and conducting Background Checks Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compliance requirements in financial services Previous experience in Employee Handbook creation and maintenance Ability to uphold and promote company branding in all communications, including the handbook Strong Brand Marketing skills TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
