The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the spare parts business, including troubleshooting open and delivered orders, establishing intercompany pricing, supporting the Service team on material inquiries, and pricing parts, and support for unknown parts.Key ResponsibilitiesSpare parts pricing – analyze costs, BoMs, complexity of parts to ensure profitable marginsEvaluate margins on a regular basis to improve overall profitabilityMaintain intercompany pricing database and validate on a quarterly basisEnter non-b2b parts orders from other Syntegon companiesManage return process for spare parts, approvals, re-stocking fees, etcTroubleshoot / investigate customer order issues – warranty, incorrect shipmentsCreate recommended spare parts lists for project managementUpdate material master data for obsolescence, programming needs, assembly needsThis role offers the possibility of a hybrid work schedule after initial onboarding and training.
