- Coordination of client data handoff for analysis and integration into appropriate systems
- Present key findings and recommended additional views of data based upon team objectives
- Act as primary respondent to questions regarding business file import/export processes
- Build, enhance and maintain the data models, interfaces and application integration required to support growing, changing business needs
- Technical lead in software development methodologies, design and implementation. Good understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.
- Collaboration with business teams in the development and initiation of new applications
- Oversee the quality assurance of program logic, data processing and error resolution
- Liaise with business teams to resolve defects in hardware and/or software systems
- General knowledge of operating systems, network and computer hardware and IT infrastructures
- Train and provide guidance to junior development staff, when available
- Attends meetings and training as required
- Direct research on emerging application development platforms and standards in support of procurement and further development efforts
- Thoroughly document all data systems
- Always communicates to clients in a professional manner
- Attends ACA’s Code of Ethics training annually
- Ability and willingness to learn new computer languages and technologies quickly
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Experience with FACS and Artiva HC desired.
- Intersystem’ s Cache programming
- REST API development
- Web Development C# .NET (desired, but not required)
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business with emphasis in application development
- 3+ years’ experience with object-oriented development, SQL dialect and relational database theory
- Knowledge of Credit, Collections or Financial industries desirable
- Ability to work both independently and in team-based, fast-paced environment
- Strong technical, analytical and financial aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
