What you will do:

Are you curious about what compliance does and how we play a crucial role in supporting company strategy? Do you want to be a key driver in our data and analytics strategy? If so, we're looking for you to join our team in Enterprise Compliance! On our team you'll have the chance to creatively flex your analytical, investigative, decision-making, and consulting skills in a variety of ways. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Compliance, this position will partner with all areas of Compliance to enhance our strategy and use data and analytics to focus on risk and efficiencies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leader in formation and execution of Compliance Data and Analytics strategy
  • Uses quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends in order to drive business decisions and address business questions.
  • Develops comprehensive recommendations and initiative designs and writes documents to capture findings and deliver recommendations. Expected to deliver insights beyond initial scope and expand with follow up work.
  • Discerns and accounts for key business influencers from data analysis and modeling results across all key stakeholders.
  • Works with business clients across Compliance to understand the meaning and differences in data.
  • Consults to and works with cross divisional team leaders in the development, planning and execution of the Compliance Technology Road Map in alignment with Compliance analytic partners, including long term vision for Compliance data, technology, and consulting.
  • Creates and produces forecasts, reports, dashboards, etc. to tell a story through data.
  • Summarizes analysis into user-friendly deliverables by translating detailed data into business-appropriate communication and recommendations.
  • Delivers results, insights, and recommendations (written, verbal, presentations, etc.) to business audience to support business decisions.
  • Applies new perspectives, creative problem solving, and inter-departmental connections to improve analytical capabilities.
  • Takes initiatives to design and develop deliverables based on interpretation of findings and business client needs on a wide range of analytical topics.
  • Shares best practices with peers through coaching and mentoring around core methodologies, standards, and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field or 5+ years' experience in an internal/external consulting capacity focused on metrics and analytical approach to deliver actionable insights into business drivers and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form at an appropriate level for a variety of business audiences.
  • Proven excellence in problem solving, research, quantitative analysis and analytical working techniques.
  • Must have strong business knowledge to direct and negotiate with IS counterparts and other customers to plan for new data uses
  • Demonstrated ability to gather information systematically; consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues; use accurate logic in analysis.
  • Initiative to independently design and develop own deliverables while still being a team player.
  • Ability and desire to mentor other team members through projects independently from start to finish.
  • Ability to be responsive to changing business needs, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong customer / client orientation.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to meet deadlines.
