• Manage eCommerce data infrastructure inclusive of digital analytics data, reporting and analytic platforms.
• Support internal teams on leveraging analytics to make informed business decisions.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL and PowerBI to generate reports and visual dashboards.
• Partner with eCommerce experience and delivery team to define project success measures.
• Leverage Google Tag Manager to implement events and success measures.
• Attend meetings to explain analysis and digital analytic performance.
• Represent Analytics Team in project meetings. Suggest ways to integrate data insights into projects to help decision-making.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, using tools such as Google Optimize.
• Investigate industry leaders and provide recommendations on potential 3rd party partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• Familiarity with eCommerce experience or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following preferred: (web analytics, tag management solutions, SQL, dashboard visualization and A/B Testing).
• Curiosity to deeply understand user behavior and make decisions using data and insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Detailed-oriented and capable of juggling multiple projects at the same time.
