The B2B Enterprise Marketing Specialist, is accountable for driving growth for assigned B2B audience segments by supporting the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve growth targets. A successful B2B Enterprise Marketing Specialist will have a strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing principles, excellent organization and project management skills, and be comfortable working with other marketing disciplines.M arketing Strategy & Execution

Support the development & execution of marketing campaign plans designed to achieve business goals across a variety of channels (web, digital, paid advertising, email, PR, events, sponsorships, sales enablement)

Collaborate to understand business dynamics and goals to guide effective, efficient campaign development & execution.

Develop and maintain campaign plan documentation and project schedules to foster collaboration and alignment (project plans, campaign roadmaps, calendars, etc)

Collaborate with marketing colleagues and campaign team to align priorities across multiple projects

Ensure campaign tactics are executed in alignment with strategy by answering questions and translating feedback for action by campaign team.

Ensure all marketing materials are in compliance with legal requirements.

Analyze marketing activity against stated business objects and defined campaign goals; identify optimizations and elevate for action.

Partner Relationships

Collaborate with marketing colleagues to deliver annual strategic marketing plan for assigned business areas.

Collaborate to run recurring meeting cadence with partners and stakeholders to provide status updates, share marketing performance, deepen business acumen, provide recommendations, and solicit feedback to ensure alignment.

Build support and buy-in for approaches and ideas in a way that fosters engagement.

Provide open and transparent communication across the organization.

Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues, using agreed-upon processes to drive B2B marketing initiatives to market.

Interact with external agency and vendor partners as needed to efficiently launch marketing strategies.

Educational/Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or Business preferred

3-5 years prior work experience in marketing

Life sciences or healthcare marketing experience preferred

Specific experience in a multi-channel marketing environment required

Copywriting and editing skills required

Adaptable in the face of shifting priorities

Self-motivated, with a see it/own it/do it mentality

Decisive, with the ability to make sound decisions and move work forward in the face of ambiguity
