Description We are offering an opportunity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a Billing Clerk to join our team. This role focuses on managing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records in a telecom provider setting. This role is a contract employment opportunity that will require proficiency in various software systems and excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring all details are correct and complete Maintain updated and precise customer credit records in our systems Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service Monitor customer credit accounts regularly, identifying any irregularities or issues Take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments from customers, adhering to company policies and procedures Utilize accounting software systems to manage and track credit applications and customer accounts Work with ADP - Financial Services and IBM AS/400 to manage financial information and transactions Expertly use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites to create spreadsheets, manage data, and perform other related tasks Carry out billing functions accurately, ensuring all customer bills are sent out on time Handle claim administration tasks, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
