Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Billing Clerk, you will be involved in various tasks related to accounting and financial services, utilizing different software systems. The job will require you to handle billing functions, claim administration, and customer service.Responsibilities: Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage financial transactions and generate reports Engage with ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other related tasks Operate IBM AS/400 for various business applications and data processing Use Microsoft Excel to organize, format, calculate, and analyze data efficiently Work with Microsoft Office Suites for creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases Perform Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial records Oversee Billing Functions to manage invoices and payments Administer Claim Administration to handle insurance claims Execute Collection Processes to manage overdue payments Deliver Customer Service to address inquiries, complaints, and other customer-related issues.
