What you’ll be doing:

- Actively engaging with customers at a large, busy retail location in either Appleton or Green Bay, providing them information about the windows we sell to schedule appointments with our sales team

- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down kiosk displays

- Accurately collecting information from your interactions and sharing it with the Windows of Wisconsin (WoW!) sales team

- Income potential! Earn a base wage of $15/hr PLUS the potential for additional bonuses PER appointment that your customers keep with our sales team! Earnings can exceed $26/hr! Now THAT’S a part-time gig!

- Flexibility! The hours we’re looking to staff for fall mid-mornings to early evenings. Some shifts will be Monday – Thursday, others will be Friday – Sunday! What works best for you

- Paid training! We will set you up with all of the knowledge you’ll need to be successful. And you’ll make your hourly wage while training!

You’re potentially a good fit if:

- You’re outgoing, empathetic, and willing to actively engage with people in public

- You exude positivity in your demeanor, staying motivated even when customers decline to speak with you

- You’re able to lift up to 40 lbs and set up/take down displays

- You can stand for extended periods of time

- You’re flexible enough to work 20-29 hours per week

- You’re at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
