Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to develop business requirements in order to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Bureau administers a large number of programs, each with their own data management needs. These data systems are primarily developed and maintained by Bureau program staff and generally limited to Microsoft products, such as Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, and SharePoint sites. Spatial data related to our programs is incomplete and what does exist is disconnected from other data. All of the data management systems have functional limitations due to software updates, changing data needs and program growth. The Bureau has an immediate need for an improved system to manage data from Bureau programs. The RFP will be the first phases of this project to modernize the platforms. Location: Madison, WI (100% on-site)Contract: 1 month
Skills Required:5 years of experience in the following:- Business Analyst experience
- Experience meeting with program areas to gather and document business requirements
- Prior work experience with RFPs
