Business Change Manager

As a Business Change Manager, you will lead the change management approach aligning with business strategy, shape change strategy with sponsors and stakeholders, and define engagement plan. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication and engagement plan, training approach, and embedding strategy. Additionally, you will drive the roll out of business readiness and knowledge transfer and deliver best change management practices and procedures. This is a

• 7+ years of change management experience, leading large-scale transformation change programs
• Strong people management skills and senior-level experience of stakeholder management
• Able to liaise with all levels of stakeholders, internal and external
• Skilled in matrix management, network building
• Accreditation on Change Management preferred
