Business Systems & IT Manager-Full Time-Pleasant Prairie, WI (Onsite)

Salary: $90k to 105k per annum + benefits

Job Description:

Serve as database/system administrator of our existing ERP system, manage daily tasks as well as strategic initiatives; act as the primary company liaison between IQMS/DELMIAWORKS and PPIWrite new and edit existing reports using Crystal Reports, Spreadsheet Server, SQL, and other report writing softwareDetermine and apply the most useful way for users to access, view, visualize, and analyze data from our systems, using advanced visualization techniquesProvide oversight and hands-on management to the Systems Analyst and IT Support SpecialistLead the internal help desk, with the assistance of the IT Support Specialist, to provide IT support to our employees in a timely and professional mannerWork with our third-party Managed Service Provider to organize and schedule maintenance, upgrades, and backups and to ensure that all computer systems and network infrastructure run smoothlyEnsure IT systems and users are up to date on security standardsIdentify computer, business systems, and network equipment deficiencies and communicate opportunities for improvement to Senior ManagementOversee and cost-effectively manage all IT and related systems spending

Qualification:ERP back end and Oracle database, writing SQL queries and creating reportsSome managing experience is needed (Managing one or two team members)5+ years of experience in writing SQL queries to extract data from ERP database to create reports4+ years of experience working in “back-end” of ERP and oracle database systems (Experience working in Back End of ERP like IQMS/DELMIAWORKS is most preferred)Experience writing and editing Crystal Reports and with SQLTableau or Domo or Power BI or SSRS or other advanced visualization tools are highly preferred.Knowledge in the use and application of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security; working knowledge of general IT business acumen, principles, and best practices
