Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Buyer. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement process and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success and make a significant impact on our supply chain operations.Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and conditions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed

Utilize procurement systems to track orders, manage supplier performance, and maintain accurate records

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address any supply chain disruptions or issues

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new product developments

Continuously improve procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field

0-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles

Strong knowledge of logistics, contract management, supplier management, and supply chain processes

Proficient in using procurement systems and tools

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data analysis and make informed decisions

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
