Carpenter/ deck building

Looking for someone who can either work as needed and pay per job doing porches, assisting with framing, hanging doors and trim.

Pay based on either a daily cash rate( or per task needed) or long term hourly for the rate candidate paid weekly.$27.50 per hour to start. ( more if you have some tools and can lead)

Either way, I will provide all materials, fasteners and provide additional labor needed for assistance.
