Job Title: Carpentry ForemanJob DescriptionCraftsman will be working on new construction projects. The company focuses on new buildings and renovations/remodels to commercial and industrial properties as well.

Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings

Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing

Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process

Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions

Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team

Strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own

Work EnvironmentThe current position is located in the surrounding market and there are also projects across the state where additional rough carpenters are needed. If willing to travel, there will be consistent work for as long as you stay with the company. Typically, crews run in 5-6 man teams for each skill set (Rough and Finish). You will report to a Site Superintendent who works closely with all aspects of the project and often helps finish the work.
