The Colonial Club Senior Center is searching for a part time Case Manager to be part of a three-member team working with older adults in northeast Dane County. Position will initiate advocacy activities that enable older adults to achieve & maintain optimum independence in their community. Knowledge of older adult programs, related resources & previous experience in working with older adults would be beneficial. Starting salary range $18-$20 an hour & includes some benefits.
