YesPay: HourlyDuration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time-Shift/Work Days: Day ShiftDuties and Responsibilities of the Job:
· Processes payments for cattle, trucking, and commission.
· Interact with cattle procurement, barn, and kill floor personnel to insure proper payment of cattle.
· Interact with vendors, respond to vendor questions and information requests.
· Problem solving and research to determine proper recording of cattle transactions.
· Work with USDA on reporting of cattle purchases, cattle receipts and cattle payments to insure proper reporting for MPR (Mandatory Price Reporting).
· Assist with balancing cattle cost on weekly and monthly bases and report cost to financial team.
· Assist with creating and maintaining procedure manuals for cattle payable position.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Bi-lingual helpful but not required.
· Computer Skills, Proficient data entry (10 Key)
Experience / Qualifications:
Microsoft Office proficient Computer Skills
Be able to multi-task
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Accounting Background helpful
