Description We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for our IT Software industry located in Hartland, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will be pivotal in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring seamless order execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, creating job layouts and purchase orders, and ensuring the smooth running of production processes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to understand printing needs and relay those requirements to appropriate external printing vendors, including coordination of schedules, bidding, and execution of work statements. Review and confirm information on production plans in close coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Develop clear and comprehensive job layouts and purchase orders. Coordinate internal job flow process for approvals, ensuring all production items are completed to the highest level of detail. Interact with multiple departments and partners for follow-ups. Organize production processes and maintain a detailed record of production operation status for transparency and easy retrieval. Acquire full working knowledge of internal software systems of promotional or print product background. Maintain and review multiple reports to ensure timely completion of projects and production jobs. Utilize skills in Customer Service, Data Entry, Order Entry, and Email Correspondence to ensure efficient and effective customer experiences. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role within the IT Software industry Demonstrable proficiency in data entry and order entry Exceptional skills in email correspondence and written communication Ability to handle complex customer queries and provide effective solutions Familiarity with customer experience best practices Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically High level of computer literacy and familiarity with common IT software Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction rates Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
